HAVING TROUBLE WITH OUR SUPPORT FILES?

To download any available files on our website, please click the link we have provided for you. The download should begin automatically. Please be patient as some archives may be large and will take several minutes to download, depending on the speed of your connection to the internet and other factors.

If you are having difficulties:

Right-click (or control-click) on the link, then choose “Save link as…” or “Save target as…” from the popup menu to save the file to your computer. Keep track of where you are placing the file on your computer or network drive(s). When you are ready to access the file, double-click the file you have downloaded to open and view it. Many files are compressed in ZIP archives to ensure safe transport across the internet. The ZIP archives may require a helper application to open if you have previously accessed ZIP assets.

The PDF file format requires Adobe’s free Acrobat Reader (follow the link to download the program). PDF files may open within your web browser window if you have the appropriate plug-in installed, or they may open in a separate Acrobat application window. To save the PDF onto your computer: choose “Save” from the File menu. To print the PDF: choose “Print” from the File menu.

DXF and DWG files require Autodesk® products or another compatible CAD program. Autodesk® has a drawing file reader Autodesk® Design Review, which you can download for free, enabling you to view CAD drawing files.

DOC specification files require Microsoft Word or other compatible word processing program.
